This product is meant to be the middle ground between a pad and a tampon, fitting between the labia outside the vagina. Due to the limitations of its design, it could only be worn during light flow or for urinary incontinence or vaginal secretions. The product initially debuted in the mid- to late-90s as the Padette, started to disappear from the market, and was rebranded as the Unique miniform before completely disappearing by 2008.
