Featuring a stemless design and shorter overall length, the Hello Cup Low Cervix from this New Zealand based brand is out to provide another great option for cup users.

Low Cervix Cup Comparison Chart
While not a fully exhaustive chart*, I’ve listed dimensions for many of the low cervix menstrual cups available along with the dimensions for the new Hello Cup Low Cervix. The large size Hello Cup Low Cervix comes in as the longest of the “low cervix” options but with the diameter it’s possible the cervix can dip. This is something you will want to consider.

*Please note that stem lengths are not included on this chart, measurements are for the body of the cup only
About TPE menstrual cups
The Hello Cup Low Cervix is made from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) which is another medical grade material. TPE is safe for those allergic to silicone and is an all around great material for cups because it is firm for folding and insertion but softens during wear from your body’s warmth.
How To Remove the Hello Cup Low Cervix
A stemless cup with a fairly smooth body like the Hello Cup Low Cervix could present a challenge on removal. In my experience removal was far easier than I expected. The bottom portion of the cup is solid and give you a space to pinch (to release the cup’s suction) but provides structure for keeping hold of the cup. Pro Tip: if the base is too slippery to grasp you can try a square of toilet paper and grab with it around the base to increase traction if it’s low enough to reach easily.

Reshaping TPE menstrual Cups like Hello Cup
Fair warning, many users who try a cup made from TPE like the Hello Cup Low Cervix may find that their cup is no longer perfectly circular after wearing for many hours. Instead of just washing and replacing in that “oblong” shape you will want to reshape it with this technique.
Get your water to as hot as you can stand. Run the cup under this water and rub between your hands until the shape is once again perfectly circular.
Failing to do so could contribute to leaks since you’re playing the odds that the cup would go in back to the same spot that brought it to that shape. This tip has helped me out a ton in my previous experience with The Hello Cup.
Who is Hello Cup Low Cervix Good For?
While I haven’t been able to try this cup during my period yet I did trial it while not on my period. As noted in the video the cup wore super comfortably. I have an average height cervix and the cup was high but not unreachable. The Hello Cup Low Cervix does fall into the highest length of available low cervix options so I would say it’s a great candidate for those who have an “average low” cervix or an “average” cervix. If your cervix falls into the low range you will just want to triple check your lowest cervix height to ensure this cup will fit. The size SM/M Hello Low Cervix doesn’t look wide enough to accomodate a tipping cervix, the size Large seems to be wide enough but if you’re banking on this for it to fit just be cautious.
