Always use the ‘Shallow Punchdown Fold’ with Hello Cups! Check out our video to show you how. Let your cup open fully when it is just inside you. To remove, squeeze the base to release any suction and bring the cup down gently. The number of times you empty your Hello Cup will depend on your flow. Sterilize your cup before you first use and again at the end of your cycle so it’s ready to go next time. Store it in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
